Our Service Area
Founded in the Pacific Northwest, we believe strongly in the power of local community. Despite the ubiquitous expansion of telehealth across the country, our practice has specifically chosen to focus on the Northwest and Intermountain regions including Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Utah and Montana due to our strong personal connections to these areas.
Our understanding of the culture, lifestyle and beliefs of our communities not only improves relationships with our patients, but allows us to better utilize local resources when developing our treatment plans. Our providers are licensed in all four of our practice states, and each state's practice is independently licensed and contracted with insurance plans based on our physical office locations. These steps, though not all required for multi-state practice, ensure better continuity of care and seamless integration into insurance panels reducing out-of-network expenses for our patients.
Practice FAQs
What is a PMHNP?
Our providers are Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. As Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, our clinicians not only possess advanced clinical training in assessment, diagnosis and pharmacology of the entire human body but also specialized training focused only on psychiatric conditions. APRN providers have full legal authority to assess, diagnose and treat medical/psychiatric conditions and have full prescriptive authority.
What is Integrative Medicine?
Although many assume that "integrative medicine" is an "alternative" treatment, this is a misconception. "Integrative" simply means to a whole-person approach to care. Evaluation of all factors that influence health and wellness are taken into account, including mind, body and spirit.
