Doctor of Nursing Practice | Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Libby is a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional with nearly fifteen years experience caring for others. As an integrative clinician, Libby believes that a supportive and collaborative approach is essential for empowering her patients. She prioritizes understanding each patient's individual needs, and believes that building a treatment plan that supports each patient's unique circumstances promotes the best long-term success.
As a certified Perinatal Mental Health specialist, she has a strong interest and passion for perinatal mental health and supporting women through pre-conception, pregnancy and post-partum seasons. She believes firmly that motherhood and the mother-baby bond deserve unique attention and support to promote healthy families.
As a Doctorate-level Nurse Practitioner, Libby has focused her research on the intersection of nutrition education and mental health symptoms. This work supports her belief in the importance of diet and lifestyle in bridging the gap between physical and mental well-being.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Libby values the time spent with her family, reading and thrift shopping.
